Makes 16 buns, or a small loaf
You will need:
25 g of yeast
600-700ml cold water
Instructions:
1. Stir yeast into cold water, add flour mix and knead the dough for 5 min. Put foil tightly over the bowl.
2. Let the dough rise in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight (lasts up to 20h in the fridge).
3. Preheat oven to 220.C (fan 200.C). Scoop dough onto a lined sheet, you can use two spoons. There will be approx. 16 rolls
(sprinkle with oatmeal if desired).
4. Bake buns at 220C (fan 200C) approx. 15-20 minutes.
