Mjalloms Rag Tunnbrod – Rye Flatbread 120g – A rustic light crisp ‘thinbread’ baked with wholegrain rye and wheat. Delicious on its own just with some butter, also great with stronger tasting topping such as smoked meat, cheese or salmon.
Traditional Swedish ‘tunnbrod’ is a light and crispy flatbread that can be enjoyed any time of day – as an addition to the bread basket or for breakfast with various toppings.
It is also the traditional bread for surstromming – give it a go with some sourcream, boiled potato and finely chopped red onion.
