Norrmejerier Vasterbottensost – Traditional Swedish mature cheese.
This Swedish cheese, made from a traditional recepie has a rich, mature and complex flavour (similar in style to pecorino or manchego, with texture like a crunchy cheddar). Suitable for home freezing. We like to grate it then freeze it, for use on top of pasta, gratins, or in Vasterbottensost Cheese Quiche.
