Great cucumber pickles, very close to the fresh pickled type I otherwise do from scratch (by boiling up a mixture of water and Perstorp ättika with lots of sugar, some salt and white pepper, and then just pour it over very thinly sliced cucumber and leave it to cool down), and this saves me from doing it myself every time. Great with poached salmon and on sandwiches with liver paté.
