Made from Danish cabbage harvested at the height of season in September-November. The freshness and nutrients are preserved by pickling as soon as possible after harvest, and the resulting pickle has a mildly sweet flavour. It goes really well with roast meat – especially pork with a bit of crackling. Store cool and dry, keep in the fridge after opening. Ready to eat. Store in fridge after opening.
