This is a brilliant spice mix to make Frikadeller Danish meatballs just like the ones you remember from Denmark.
Simply add 500g of ground meat along with 200-250ml water – Danes would usually add half veal, half pork, but you can choose just pork – or even beef, if you prefer. Shape and fry on the pan as usual (we like frying half butter, half oil, but whatever floats your meatballs).
