This is a very smooth marzipan with great depth of flavour - favoured by most Danish bakers. you can use this marzipan for making a very gourmet Kransekage almond-ring cake.

For most baked marzipan recipes, 50% almond content is fine (the blue packet - search for Mandelmassa).
