The red lumpfish roe is the Swedes’ favourite! A splash of colour that gives fresh saltiness to everything from a sandwich cake to afish sauce.
Fill baked potatoes with a mixture of 100 grams of peeled prawns, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 tablespoons sour cream, 4 tablespoons finely chopped dill, 2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped) and 1 finely chopped red onion. For garnish: 1 can of Abba Stenbitsrom.
