Atamon is used to preserve jams, marmalade and other preserves. If a recipe calls for benzoic acid or benzoic acid soda, you can use Atamon in it’s place.
How to use: Stir directly into your jam or preserve after cooking it, as parts of it’s functionality will be lost if it’s cooked.
Jam & Marmalade: 1tsp liquid Atamon per 1L
Juice: 1tsp Atamon per 2L
