Synnove Gudbrand – Brown Cheese 480g

Synnove Gudbrand, is a popular Norwegian brown cheese, made from cow’s and goat’s milk with a distinctive sweet and tangy flavour.

Traditionally served on freshly griddled waffles, with sour cream and berry jam. Also really great on rye bread or a classic sandwich.

This cheese can stay in room temp for up to seven days but should otherwise be kept cool in the fridge.
