In Sweden this would be served with pickled beetroot, a fried egg and some crispbread – we suggest you do the same.
Please note: We send this item in an insulated cool box but are unable to guarantee for temperature whilst in transit. We recommend you put them in the freezer as soon as you receive them or use within 1 day. A charge of £4.50 will be added to your order to cover to packaging.
How to:
For best results, cook from frozen. In a frying pan, heat a little butter and fry on a high heat for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Alternatively cook in the oven – add to a baking tray and cook at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
