Mash is a favourite across Scandinavia, and is the traditional accompaniment to Swedish meatballs. This version is made from Swedish potatoes, and is ready in minutes – great for a quick fix dinner. How to: For 6 portions: bring 1 liter water to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the contents of the bag. Season to taste and serve with meatballs, cream sauce and lingon – or sliced fried sausage for a child friendly favourite. Pass the ketchup.
