Rosehips are rich in vitamin C and in Sweden this is often served hot in winter to fend off a cold – but it also makes a lovely summery dessert. Serve in small bowls with a dollop of creams and some almond macaroons on top. This is the instant powder version – just mix well in boiling water and then let cool, to taste.
