You will need:
175ml water
50ml oil/melted butter
For topping: 65g melted butter
25ml water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175C (fan 160C), grease a pan (20-22cm).
2. Pour the cake mix into a bowl, add water and oil/butter, whisk into a batter.
3. Pour batter into pan and bake for approx. 25 minutes.
4. THE TOPPING: Pour mix into bowl, add 65g melted butter + 25ml water and mix together.
5. Remove the cake from oven and add topping, then bake for another 5-10 minutes.
