The entire core with germ and bran are included, making these rye flakes rich in dietary fibre. They are also a source of magnesium, iron and zinc. Rye Flakes has a robust flavour of rye and is perfect as porridge and muesli in various mixtures.
Estimated amount of grain per portion. Porridge: 100ml = around 40g. Stir in the rye flakes in 200ml of water and boil for 3-5 minutes. Serve with milk and fresh berries.
Store in a dry place and not above room temperature. Keep away from strong smelling products.
