I had been warned by some friends about this cheese. I tasted some when i was in Norway and LOVED it. Such a great cheese, it melts on toast or waffles with a creamy, caramel taste. Great with some (Scandinavian)jam on top too. If you buy it and don’t like it, send it to me.
