A classic Swedish sauce that goes with almost everything – traditionally had with Swedish meatballs, but good with most roast meats. How to: Whisk the contents of one bag into 150ml cold water. Bring to a boil while stirring, let simmer for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and add 50g of butter (25g for a leaner sauce) and whisk until the butter has melted. Serve with meatballs, mash and lingonberry jam.
