A classic Swedish sauce that goes with almost everything – traditionally what is served with Swedish meatballs, but good with most roasted meats, or chicken.
Preparation Instructions: Whisk contents of 1 sachet with 100ml cold water & 200ml milk in a pot. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 3 minutes whilst stirring.
Serve with meatballs, mash, pickles and lingonberry jam.
