Kottbullar – Swedish Meatballs 300g. Traditional
Swedish meatballs made from an old regional recipe, using only the best
suggestion: Heat a glug of oil and a bit of butter in a frying pan and add the
meatballs. Fry on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until heated through. Serve
with mashed potato, gravy and lingonberry jam on the side. This is a cooked
product best eaten warm.
