Chocolate mousse is a classic – and this is the quick version. Simply whisk the bags contents in 500ml of cold milk, (One bag to 250ml milk). Stir for a minute and then pour immediately into serving bowl or coupe glass. Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until set (or longer). Serve with whipped cream and berries if you wish.
