ScandiKitchen: Summer – Bronte Aurell – our new book is all about food for those long, light summer days – from Easter to Crayfish. Scandinavian summer food is based on the best of the season – it is wholesome, flavoursome, simple to make and sumptuous to look at. In Scandinavian culture, eating well is all about ‘lagom’ or balance – everything in moderation.
