Brontë Aurell is a food writer, cook, and co-founder of ScandiKitchen. Born in Denmark, Brontë moved to the UK and opened ScandiKitchen with her husband Jonas in 2007. She’s since written multiple cookbooks and become a go-to voice for Scandinavian food and culture. Her love of baking (and rye bread) shines through in every recipe.
