Norwegian Medisterkaker are mildly spiced beef and pork meatballs. Usually served as a side dish alongside your pinnekjott or ribbe for Christmas – but also great as a seasonal dinner served with root vegetables and mash. 

How to: For best result defrost in fridge overnight then heat in oven on medium heat for 12-15 min until heated through or on a hot frying pan. Eat warm.
