Lompe is a soft flatbread made from potato and a small amount of flour. A very traditional product – and very versatile. Most commonly used insted of a bun for hotdogs, but also great filled as a normal wrap – try it with smoked salmon and cream cheese or cheese and ham.
Please note: The lomper arrive frozen to the warehouse, but they will defrost in transit. They are however fine to re-freeze.
