Mash is a favourite across Scandinavia, and is the traditional accompaniment to Swedish meatballs. This version is made from Swedish potatoes, and is ready in minutes – great for a quick fix dinner.
How to (6 servings): Bring 1L water to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the contents of one bag. Season to taste and serve with meatballs, cream sauce and lingon – or sliced fried sausage for a child friendly favourite. Pass the ketchup.
