A delicious and quick fish dinner – excellent with salmon, but cod or coley e.g. works well too.
1. Turn the oven on 180 degrees C (fan or convention).
2. Place 400g – 500g of fish fillets in an oven proof container.
3. Gently shake the pouch and then pour the sauce on top of the fish.
4. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with your favourite of boiled potatoes or rice and steamed veg.
A delicious alternative is the add the veg to the fish and bake it together – also makes for less washing up. Any veg works – just make sure it will cook through in the time; we like courgette, broccoli, peppers, leek and onion – a few or a mix of all. Perfect for using up any stray leftover veggies in the fridge, too!
