A bit about your online order
Remember handsome warehouse Roland and his team? Right now they are very, very busy. Like Christmas, but without the expectation or planning to be.
On top of this we have promised any of our team who prefer not to work that they can go be with their families back home – and a few have chosen to do this for a while whilst borders are closed. This means we’ve been a little short staffed too, whilst we have moved most of our cafe team out to the warehouse to help – and retrained the whole team. This has taken time to do safely.
This means your orders are sending slower than usual (currently 11 working days before shipping, which is around 2 full weeks when you count in the weekends). We have turned off ‘next day’ option to make it fairer for everyone. We are still keeping up all extra safety precautions, too, so this makes packing slower than usual. ANY orders placed after 25th March will NOT be shipped before Easter (we simply cannot get to those in time).
Orders are processed in order as they come in, with the exception of NHS and very vulnerable who will be pushed further to the front (for this to happen, each needs to email email@example.com – please do not simply add it to the order notes as we will not see it initially). Please add your NHS number.
Packing this amount of orders needs to be planned and done safely and calmly during these times. Our cafe in London has been turned into a grocery shop only (max 2 people at any one time) and we have the following opening hours:

These times are subject to change without notice based on government advice, which we follow strictly.
Please, do stay at home – do not go out unless you absolutely have to. The shop is open for essential grocery shopping only.
