What is Scandinavia?
There are a few different takes on what Scandinavia actually means. We're all about freedom of thought - so it's really up to each and every one to make up their own definition of the term.

Geographically, Scandinavia implies the Scandinavian peninsula (the phallic bit that sticks out from Russia and Finland). Culturally, the term tends to include the three countries of Denmark, Norway and Sweden: all good places with kings and queens and plenty of mosquitoes to fight off in the summer. Sometimes, Finland is included too when defining "Scandinavia" - we really don't mind either which way - those Finns have plenty of mosquitoes in the 'land of the thousand lakes' and are pretty good at winning the Eurovision song contest nowadays.
In the Kitchen, Scandinavia means stuff we miss from home. We're talking stuff like rye bread, seafood, salty liquorice, ice hockey* and herring.
* We don't stock ice hockey players, but like talking about it.
