Rye Crisp Bread
Original rye crisp bread from Sweden. A healthy alternative for breakfast or between meals snack. Great with cream cheese or your favorite spread.

Of all the crisp bread variants, this is the classic one: crisp but not hard, with lots of flavours. My personal favourite after having tried most of them. Topped with Bregott (or, when that's not available, Lurpak) and a couple of slices of good hard cheese: Swedish Prästost or Dutch Gouda. Divine! And the more daring can try topping if with Kalle's Kaviar, of course - but, like British marmite, it's an acquired taste...
