This is the brown cheese lover's dream of a brown cheese. 

Bascially, this is all goat's milk (the more common brand, Gudbrandsdalen, is both cow and goat) and it has a great bite to it.

This is the round version of the Ekte Geitost, imported from Norway.

If you are new to Norwegian Brown cheese, on a flavour scale, this is at the stronger end.  if you are a new-bie, we suggest the Gudbrandsdalen or the really gentle Flotemysost also.
