Organic blackcurrant jam.  Tillmans jams and cordials are utterly superb. 

They are organic, with very high fruit content and have reduced sugar content. Only Tillmans make their cordials from berries they have grown and pressed themselves.   

Tord Tillman founded ‘Tillmans Berries’ in 1979 in his native village of Saxdalen. The site of the present-day musteri was bought at Solbacken, Grangarde and they have 55 hectares of berry cultivation.
