One of the most famous every day cheese in Scandinavia (produced by Arla).  In Sweden, this cheese is called Aseda Graddost - and in Denmark, the same cheese is called Havarti Floedeost. It's a mild cheese with a slightly nutty bite - and very creamy taste.  It is easy to slice.
