Toro Sjokolademuffins – Choc Muffin Mix 335g – Chocolate muffin baking mix – gluten free. Light and richly flavoured, these are great plain or with icing.
Makes 8-10 big muffins or 16 smaller.
1. Turn oven on 200 degrees.
2. Whisk together 150 ml water and 100g melted butter. Add contents of the bag and whisk until smooth.
3. Divide batter between 16 small or 8 big muffin cases – 3/4 full.
4. Bake on the bottom shelf in the oven. Big muffins approx 12 minutes, smaller ones 15-20 minutes.
