Empty the bag’s contents into a bowl and add 200ml water and 100ml neutral oil.
Mix well and pour batter into a lined cake tin or cupcake tin.
Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees until a skewer comes out clean; check after 15 mins for cupcakes and 25 mins for a cake.
Finish with a simple royal icing or your favourite frosting. Super easy and delicious – perfect for a kids’ birthday party.
