This is our own take on the classic dill and mustard sauce that traditionally is served with it – a great sweet and hot condiment. Please note: This is a chilled product.
Gravlxsås is a traditional sauce made with sweet mustard and dill, typically enjoyed with – you guessed it – gravlax, or gravadlax as it is sometimes called. This jar contains 200g which is enough for a 6 people serving – so a perfect thing to add to your smorgasbord. Just the cured salmon, some wedges of lemon, crispbread, rye or crusty bread and this sauce – and you are good to go. Also very good with hot salmon simply served with boiled potatoes.
