Serve in a bun, potato lompe, with potato salad, and condiments enough to fill at least half the table. Ketchup, mustard, crispy onions, raw minced onions, Swedish cucumber relish ”bostongurka’, seafood salad (yessss, think of it as the Gothenburg version of surf and turf), mashed potatoes (a dollop on top of your sausage in a bun), french dog dressing, thin sliced pickled cucumbers.. Bring it on.
