Freshwater crayfish, prepared according to a traditional Swedish recipe. Just thaw and serve, add some hats, bibs (yep, good idea), aquavit and Västerbotten cheese, throw in a few friends and you’ve got yourself a Crayfish party.
Each box contains between 16-22 crayfish. For best result leave in fridge for 36-48 hours to defrost fully. Do not remove from inner pack before defrosting.
Please note that there is a surcharge of £4.50 for a box/ice for delivery. The surcharge is the same, no matter how many boxes your order. Pick-up from the shop is free of charge. Please note date for pick-up in the comments field at check-out.
