Pålækker røget filet is a pork filet of top quality. The fillet, is salted, shaped and then lightly smoked over beech wood. Pålækker is cut in extra thick slices – without unnecessary additives.
We love to eat this on dark rye bread, with some finely sliced asparagus and spring onions. To bake your own rye bread, we recommend Amo Rugbrød for an easy bake.
