Traditional Norwegian medisterpolse, usually served as part of a Norwegian Christmas dinner. Serve with lingonberry jam, boiled potatoes and brussel sprouts – or with rice or pasta for a quick and tasty weeknight dinner.
How to: Defrost over night in the fridge (or on the counter if you are in a hurry) and fry until golden brown with a bit of butter. Please note: This is a frozen product. A surcharge of £4.50 to cover the cost of ice and packaging will be added to your order.
