Norwegian Medisterkaker are mildly spiced beef and pork meatballs. Usually served as a side dish alongside your pinnekjott or ribbe for Christmas – but also great as a seasonal dinner served with root vegetables and mash. How to prepare: For best result defrost in fridge overnight then heat in oven on medium heat for 12-15 min until heated through. Serve with boiled potatoes, gravy and surkal (pickled white cabbage) and lingonberry jam Please note: This is a frozen product. A surcharge of £4.50 to cover the cost of ice and packaging will be added to your order.
