The cold dimate of Norway means fruits and berries grow slower – giving them more time develop a lovely sweet flavour. This jam is bursting with sweet and tart Norwegian raspberries, and has won several taste-awards. Try it on toast, in cakes such as Blotekake (the Norwegian version of a Victoria Sponge) – or on top of brown cheese on waffles. One of our all-time favourite jams.
