Leksands Mini-Rut is a fresh take on a Swedish classic and a great everyday crispbread with a mild rye flavour. The squares are easy to break apart in even bits; Swedes love eating this on top of their morning ‘fil’ too – a natural yoghurt variety. This is a versatile bread – we love it the Swedish way with sliced boiled egg and Kalles Kaviar or with butter and a good cheese.
