Darker in colour and a richer flavour than the original since it’s been baked for longer, but still with only four all natural ingredients – wholemeal rye, water from Leksands’ own spring, yeast and salt. A Swedish classic – try it with sliced boiled egg and Kalles Kaviar. Or, if creamed smoked cod roe doesn’t float your boat (but why wouldn’t it?) it is also great with cheese.Store cool and dry.
