Dried dill, perfect for adding into sauces. When using dried dill instead of fresh, calculate one teaspoon of dried to one tablespoon of fresh. The flavour of dried dill is different to that of fresh: always use fresh if you want that fresh intense flavour with seafood. However, dried have its uses, such is in omelettes or stews or for pickling. Our favourite: with sweet potato and spring onion in an omelette.
