Fruit jelly is a Norwegian childhood classic. Serve plain with vanilla custard or try adding sliced fruit or candy to the mix before it sets. How to: Bring 500ml water to a boil. Remove from heat. Shake the packet well and pour contents into water. Whisk well until dissolved without lumps. Pour mixture into serving bowl or individual bowls and leave to cool for 4-6 hours until set. Do not add fresh pineapple or kiwi as the jelly will not set. Serve with straws to give your children a challenge. This lemon flavour is also very good to use in no-bake cheesecakes.
