Fruit jelly – a Norwegian childhood classic. Serve plain or try adding sliced fruit or candy to the mix before it sets.
Bring 500ml water to a boil. Remove from heat. Shake the packet well and pour contents into water. Whisk well until dissolved withoutt lumps. Pour mixture into serving bowl or individual bowls and leave to cool for 4-6 hours until set. Do not add fresh pineapple or kiwi as the jelly will not set.
