Waffles have been around in Sweden since the 15th century and we love these from Ekströms, as they are extra crispy.
Whisk the contents from both bags into 350ml of water. Add 100g of melted butter or 100ml of cooking oil and bake the waffles in a buttered waffle iron. (If you only use one bag, use half the amount of water and fat.) Cook the waffles for a good amount of time until really crispy.
Store in a dry place and not above normal room temperature.
