This is the brown cheese lover’s dream of a brown cheese. If you are new to Norwegian Brown cheese, on a flavour scale, this is at the stronger end. If you are a newbie, we suggest the Gudbrandsdalen or the really mild Flotemysost .
Do what the Norwegians do and eat Ekte Geitost on waffles. It’s very tasty.
