Marsán is Ekströms very own custard. It came in the 1920s when the owner of Ekström was traveling in Europe and stopped in the French town of Marsan. Inspired by the city, he decided to develop a custard with the name Marsán. The result was one of our most loved originals that you can enjoy even today.
