Beauvais Red cabbage is harvested primarily in Denmark. The red cabbage is harvested from September to November and delivered almost daily on the tractor to the factory in Svinninge. In order to preserve the freshness of red cabbage, it is pickled soon after the harvest. Beauvais Red cabbage has a slightly sweet taste that makes it well balanced.
Ready to heat. Goes especially well with meatballs or pork dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the fridge
