One of the Danes’ favourite condiments – sweet pickled cucumber in thin slices. Pile them high on your open sandwiches – especially those with roast beef or liver pate – or hot dogs. Don’t forget the remoulade. Made with cucumbers harvested from April to September, pickled at the peak of their season to retain flavour, crunch and nutrients. Store in fridge once opened. Ready to eat. Store in fridge after opening.
